Gaurav Gupta, Executive Director |

Gaurav is responsible for strategic planning and business development for DDAV Analytics. Earlier Gaurav had founded Advanced Investment Mechanics, which is a stakeholder of DDAV Analytics. Gaurav was the Investment Strategist and Product Head for Onshore Private Banking, Deutsche Bank. In this capacity, he was involved in development of product strategy including development of structured investment solutions for the Bank’s clients. He was responsible for evaluation of fund managers and product due diligence. Prior to this function he was responsible for putting in place a complete financial advisory platform using strategic and tactical asset allocation. He spearheaded the effort for development of an efficient frontier covering Indian financial asset classes. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was part of the Investment & advisory team with BNP Paribas. Prior to that, he was part of the bond trading team at Unit Trust of India. Gaurav received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Mumbai, and his Masters in Management Studies in Finance from the NMIMS, University of Mumbai. |

Paresh Sharma, Executive Director |

Paresh is responsible for overseeing equity research operations. Paresh is a Director of Advanced Investment Mechanics. He has over one decade of experience in financial markets in India. Paresh has vast experience in the area of portfolio management and equity research. He was Heading the research team covering Indian Equities with India’s largest asset management company, Unit Trust of India. Paresh is a management graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and engineer from Birla Institute of Technology (BITS), Pilani. |

Shailesh Dhuri, Executive Director |

Shailesh is responsible for research operations and quantitative analytics at DDAV Analytics. Shailesh is a co-founder of Advanced Investment Mechanics. Prior to establishing AIM, Shailesh was working with the treasury team of Credit Agricole Indosuez. He was responsible for bond trading, ALM and transfer pricing. Before moving to CAI, Shailesh was heading the trading desk of one of the primary dealers making markets in Government of India Bonds. Shailesh started his career with Unit Trust of India, where he held various assignments, including launch of the first money market mutual fund in India, heading the treasury desk of the fund. Shailesh is a MBA from from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. In addition, he holds CFA qualification from ICFAI, FRM qualification from GARP, PRM qualification from PRMIA, and Cost Accounting qualification from ICWAI. |

Alok Vajpeyi, Non Executive Chairman |

Alok oversees strategic implementation of business plans of DDAV Analytics. He also has the overall responsibilities of Dawnay Day AV Financial Services, where he is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director. He started his career with the Swiss Banking Corporation in London before moving to SBCI group in Hong Kong and there on to India in 1994 as head of equities for BZW (a Barclays associate). From January 2000 to September 2004, Alok was the President of DSP Merrill Lynch Asset Management, he took the Assets Under Management from $200 million to $1 billion. Alok has also championed the best practices in the mutual fund industry by closely working with the regulator, either as a chairperson or as a member of many industry committees. Alok is a Chartered Accountant from England and a Graduate of the London School of Economics. |
